Jeremy Just Joins NewMark Merrill Companies
NewMark Merrill Companies is proud to announce the addition of Jeremy Just as Chief Executive Officer for the Landmark Retail Group, a new subsidiary of the Newmark Merrill Companies. This new subsidiary will be responsible for identifying tenants who have targeted Southern California as a growth market, and providing development support for that growth. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Just will be responsible for acquisition, development and leasing of targeted real estate sites for new development throughout Southern California, building retail tenant relationships and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Mr. Just has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Most recently he was an Acquisition Manager for Evergreen Devco, where he was instrumental in all facets of more than a dozen new retail developments. Mr. Just brings over eight years of progressive experience in retail chain real estate development to the NewMark Merrill team. He is also a member of the California Bar Association as well as a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
