As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Just is responsible for acquisition, development and leasing of targeted real estate sites for new development throughout California, building retail tenant relationships and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Mr. Just has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

Mr. Just has been responsible for more than 25 projects in development by Landmark since 2005, which projects are in various stages of entitlements, permitting, and construction. Prior to joining LandMark, Mr. Just was an Acquisition Manager for Evergreen Devco, where he was instrumental in all facets of more than a dozen new retail developments. Prior to Evergreen, Mr. Just worked in both acquisitions and as in house legal counsel for Realty Income Corporation, a publically traded real estate investment trust focusing on acquiring net leased retail projects throughout the United States. Mr. Just brings years of progressive experience in retail chain real estate development to the NewMark Merrill team. He is also a member of the California Bar Association, as well as a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
